Question 1

What's included in a Starter Pack bed?

Accepted Answer

A complete upholstered bed frame and a 10" coil spring mattress, in your choice of memory or orthopaedic. Nothing extra to buy before you can sleep on it.

Question 2

How much does a Starter Pack bed cost?

Accepted Answer

From £289 for a Single, rising by £20 per size up to Super King. The price shown already includes the mattress.

Question 3

Can I still choose a fabric colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Starter Pack beds use the same 65 colour options across 4 fabrics as the rest of our bed collection.

Question 4

Is a Starter Pack bed made to order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, made to your fabric and colour choice, the same as our other beds, so the right to cancel does not apply to it. Accessories bought separately, such as pillows, are stocked items made to no specification, so the standard 14-day right to cancel applies to them.

Question 5

How many bed designs can I choose from?

Accepted Answer

Six: Confrom, Daygo, Deleo, Hindeo, Markin and Silveto, each available in every size and fabric colour.

Question 6

Can I buy the mattress on its own, without a bed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Modesto mattress is also sold separately, in the same choice of 10" coil spring memory or orthopaedic support.
