Free UK Delivery
Every order includes free standard delivery to England, Wales, and mainland Scotland, taking 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation. All beds and mattresses are handcrafted to order, so delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Two upgrades are available at checkout: Room of Choice (£29.99), where your order is brought to your room of choice and packaging removed, and Room & Assembly (£79.99), full installation with packaging taken away.

It's your responsibility to ensure the product you order will fit through your doorways, staircase, hallways, and into your bedroom, see our size guide for full dimensions. Hartley Dreams is not responsible if an item cannot be delivered into your home due to access restrictions.
Returns Policy
Because every product is made to your individual specification, our items are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 3) once production has started. You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order; after that, a £75 cancellation fee applies.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you have full statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement, or refund. Report any visible damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Collection is free on orders over £2,000, with a £75 collection fee on orders under £2,000 (waived for faulty or damaged items). Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, if damage occurred after delivery, we reserve the right to deduct up to 75% of the product value. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of collection.
If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery due to access restrictions, nobody being present, or undisclosed access issues, a £75 failed delivery fee applies to cover redelivery.

12-Month Guarantee
Every bed frame carries a 12-month guarantee covering structural defects: the frame, joints, fixings, and mechanisms, including the lift mechanism on ottoman beds. Mattresses carry a 12-month to 5-year guarantee depending on the product.
The guarantee doesn't cover fabric, upholstery wear, foam degradation, or damage caused by misuse. It's in addition to, and doesn't affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
