Question 1

What accessories does Hartley Dreams sell?

Accepted Answer

A range of finishing touches for your bed and mattress, including our BHS Hotel Pillows, Relaxer Cool-Touch Memory Foam Pillow, and Hyber Night Bamboo Crushed Memory Foam Luxury Pillow. We're adding to this range over time rather than launching with everything at once.

Question 2

Which pillow should I choose?

Accepted Answer

The BHS Hotel Pillows are a straightforward hotel-style option. The Relaxer Cool-Touch Memory Foam Pillow is built for active temperature regulation with a cool-touch cover and ventilation channels. The Hyber Night Bamboo pillow uses a moldable crushed memory foam core with a thermoregulating bamboo cover.

Question 3

Can I wash my pillow?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the pillow. The BHS Hotel Pillows are fully machine washable at 40°C. The Relaxer Cool-Touch Memory Foam Pillow has a removable, machine-washable zip-off cover. The Hyber Night Bamboo pillow cover is spot clean only.

Question 4

Do accessories come with free delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free UK mainland delivery applies across the whole site, accessories included.

Question 5

Can I order accessories on their own?

Accepted Answer
